RomanBengals Anakin of Charybdis - Retired
In July 2017 Anakin's HCM screening by Dr. Kathryn Atkinson revealed some unwelcome changes in his heart and suggested we have his blood pressure checked by our regular Veterinarian. As it turns out Anakin had high blood pressure that was treatable with medication and reduced stress. He was neutered and has been living as a pampered pet since July 2017.
Anakin has a beautiful look that turned many heads at his first show. He has well placed ears that are medium sized and quite rounded, nice puffy whisker pads, a thick tail, marvelous personality and a funky pattern that is intensely black on a wheat background. Anakin also exhibits a 3-D pattern, also referred to as an embossed pattern, which is just one of the special characteristics of this line.
Anakin is PK-Def N/N and we are happy to announce that he was screened HCM normal on June 14, 2013 by Dr. Kathryn Atkinson, DVM, MS, ACVIM at Cardiology Northwest in Portland, Or.
